Bumper Cover Repair 700

My ’85 740 got hit in the front left. In addition to other minor damage, the black plastic bumper cover ended up with about an eight inch cut and several deep scratches/gouges. Any suggestion on how to repair it (e.g. Bondo, RTV, etc...).
