Missing 1960 bumper brackets 444-544 1960

I have a 1960 PV that didn't have the towel-rack bumper brackets with it when I bought it. I haven't been able to figure out what these look like. I've noticed that other year PVs have the brackets welded onto the trunk wall but these are bolted on.

This is what the interface looks like sans brackets:

Does anyone have a picture or diagram or sketch of what these look like? Does anyone know of where I can find a pair of them?
