oil cooler on 960s - leak fix? 900

first off, my car has multiple leaks and i'm trying to solve them one at a time.

i noticed the oil cooler line with drops at the lowest point so i'm tackling this one first.

is there an o-ring or a seal of some sort?

secondly, what is the torque for this bolt?
