Wheel stud disappeared into the rear break drum! 444-544

Ok so I bought some wheels that where on a ford ranger ($100 with tires), because I did not have stock wheels on my volvo. They were wagon wheel chromes and where distroyed with rust. I also did not trust them. Ok so now i am mounting them on and am doing the last one on the left rear...and i realize i am missing a lug nut. Hmm? So i take the wheel back off and can still see the end of the stud...I was like hell yeah!!! Then i go to pull it back out with a screw driver and my finger nail, but i am so tired that i am shaking and then shake drop and gone. Into the break drum...talk about pissed off!!! So now I know that i have to pull the break drum and that I need some special tool that cost an arm, leg, or child to get or all the above. So is there any way to pull the rear break drum with out the break drum puller? Some one want to let me borrow or rent the break drum puller??? Some one please give me some advise on this. Oh yeah just started working on the old girl, I have had her parked for 11 years. I used to drive her when i was a teenager.

P.S. I posted a link to what my volvo looked like when i drove it as a teen and my dad showed me how to work on it.
