Crankshaft Pulley Seized on 200 1993

I was able to remove the crankshaft pulley bolt using the special tool plus a breaker bar with 3' pipe. I thought that was going to be the hard part. But now I am unable to get the darn pulley off. I've been hitting it with blaster, but it is just stuck on there. Are there any tricks anyone can recommend?
