All metal radiator/best coolant

I found nissens 3 row all metal radiator in boneyard.. I wasnt aware of all the controversy about the different coolants. Now I have this radiator, and I want to use it, but what coolant can I use to protect the radiator and the system?

On really hot days my present radiator puts the temp guage about 1/2 way between the middle mark and red. Im hoping the 3 row will keep the temp closer to the center(9oclock).
