Wagon rear wiper motor 700

I took rear cover off to fix motor flopping around.
I found a small torque head sheet metal screw laying in the plastic cover when I took it apart. Can't seem to find where it goes.
Wiper will not park at home. How do I troubleshoot this? It stops wherever it is when I shut the switch off. It does not continue on to home.
