90 745 bench seats swap out with 95 945 bench seats? 700 1990

hello,
my brother has a 90 740 wagon which we are not sure compatibility of the 940-740 years.

he would like to change the seats out. i'm sure the 940 front seats fit, but how about the bench seats?

can a late model 940 wagon bench seats (1995) replace the 1990 740 wagon bench seats?

i've posted this in the 900 posts, too.
