Normal RPM / crank position / impulse sensor voltage in 700 1991

91 740 turbo with LH 2.4 FI and EZK 116 ignition

I have a cranking engine but no start.
There are no engine fault codes but I'm trying to test the RPM sensor at the bulkhead connector.

Anyone know what the normal pulsing voltage should be?

PS Already confirmed spark, fuel pressure at rail, fuel injector voltage.

thanks.
