960 ball joints S90-V90 1997

replacing ball joints now as part of new control arms and alldata doesn't specifically mention locktite on ball joint nuts, what's the advice from brickboard. Also is there any trick to getting the rear conical bushing portion of the control arm to seat correctly. I have the front control arm in place with the ball joint loosely attached at stub but the rear conical bushing is not lined up real well to attach the crossmember. Any tips?
