I rebuilt my clutch slave cylinder and replaced the hose from the hard line to the slave cylinder. It's got a slow leak from the hose to the slave cylinder. I think it may just be the threads to the slave. Is it possible to use something like silicon tape to help seal that up? Is that something that will work? I am trying to save a little money if possible.

Or am I just better off getting a new slave cylinder?
