1992 Wagon suddenly low power 200

On a relatives 92 Volvo 240 wagon it lost power all of a sudden. It has 225,000 miles. It runs rough at idle and has low power but it does run and drive. When you disconnect the AMM at idle it dies. When you disconnect each injector at idle you get the same rpm drop. The fuel pressure regulator holds vacuum. Don't have a fuel pressure gauge to screw on to the rail. Also, the timing belt is old and hasn't been changed in a long time. Any suggestions?
