My 93 has blown another head gasket and probably warped another head. The previous owner severely overheated the engine, and someone tried to used silicone sealant to seal a warped head. So I am thinking the deck of the engine is damaged or I have silicone blocking the coolant passages.
I have found a rusted out 93, with a known history, and an engine with under 100000 miles on it, so I am thinking this is my best option. I will probably attempt this myself, but I have never had to deal with air conditioning before. Can you swap blocks without opening up the AC? The lines to the evaporator seem to be rigid. Is there enough flex to get them out of the way?
