touring strut - Bellows and/or Dust Sleeve 200 1988

I've backtracked from replacing my front strut inserts with Bilstein HD to Bilstein Touring shocks.

In doing so I lose the built in Bump Stop and Bellows that come with the HD part.

So does a Bellow replace the Dust Sleeve?
