Changing oil seperator - do I need to remove the oil pan 200 1982

I am changing the oil seperator box. I realize that I must remove the intake manifold.Can I change the box & drain tube without pulling the oil pan ? If I pull the pan do I have to disconect the radiator hoses & exhaust when I raise the engine ? Car is an '82 with 184K+ miles.
