89 240 has a missfire at idle when at operating temp 200 1989

Hi i have a 89 240gl that has a miss fire at idle. it seems to be more apparent when its at operating temp. the car just had a complete tune up 3,000 miles ago? Right after the tune up the car was great, then now it seems to have a totally random miss fire at idle every 20 seconds or so. when your driving down the road the thing is great. what could it be?
