New fuel pump rattles??

I took advantage of the $27 new Bosch fuelpump on Amazon, such a deal; I could not afford to not have one on the shelf at that cost.

It came in short order and I was pleased but....

It rattles. Shaking it end to end not so much but side to side it sounds like a BB is loose inside. It is internal and not at the check valve.

I have never had a brand new Bosch pump in my had before so I do not know if is is normal or not.

I hate to hook up some leads and test the pump but unless someone can confirm the rattle is normal I will probably do so with a small container of kerosene.
