Extra blue & white wire - wiring behind cluster 200 1992

I pulled my cluster on the 92 245 to fix the trip button. After re-install the UP -shift arrow stays on and it has a miss at idle.

Pull it back out and find that I plugged a blue and white wire to the spade plug on the far right of the cluster. Then I see a loose yellow and blue wire. I use that one instead and the problem is fixed.

What is the blue & white wire for? I don't recall unplugging it anywhere. It comes right out of the harness behind the cluster.
