lighting bugs 200 1986

Yesterday on the way home my instrument lights went out. Later that night I noticed the lights came on only when I used the brakes. This happens only when the lights are turned on.
Also for the last week the assorted lights that come on at start up are staying on for maybe five minutes after I start. For instance the emergency brake lights which I can see isn't on along with alternator light and a couple of others.
Any one know a Volvo exorcist?
