My faithful 240 is having a hard time waking up. After I start her cold for the first time, the engine dies three or four times. After that, it has a surging idle until it's warm. After it's warm it runs fine -- or as close to fine as it runs. The idle is still kinda lumpy.

It has new plugs, rotor, cap and the throttle body is scrubbed clean. What would the next culprits be?
