240 no gas 200

Have 89 240 that is dead. Fires good on starting fluid but is not getting fuel. Have replaced fuel pump, relay,and rpm sensor. Fuses seem ok and wiring is like new for a car this old(120000 mi). Have owned 5 240s 3 of which went over 500000 mi and never had this kind of roadblock before. Pumps dont get power.I bench tested the old pump and it worked. What do I replace next? ECU?
