No Start - No Power to Pumps 200 1983

I pulled out my motor to replace the transmission. Everything is back in place and hooked up. I'm getting no start due to no power to the fuel pumps. Checked fuse, good. Checked power at fuse, good. Ran jumper and pumps do not run (neither). Checked wiring at the main pump and no voltage when jumped at the relay. Where are the connectors in this wiring that I should be checking? I know the pumps are grounded directly to the chassis, so ground is not the issue.
