volvo 960 no-start 900 1993

93 960 VOLVO, CHANGED ENGINE and now no start. So far I have checked all grounds, changed cam and crank position sensors, removed an aftermarket security system, changed ecu[used]. Today changed engine wiring harness, still no ignition pulse and no pulse to injectors. there is 12-volt power to the coils and to the injectors, just no ground pulse from ecu. Also changed both power stage modules. Have been pulling hair out, now almost bald! Please , does anyone have a viable suggestion?
