Dies while driving 900

So, back for more...
93 940T. 255K mi. Has now had the engine quit 3x while driving, all when taking my foot off the gas. 2x on freeway when other traffic caused me to pause momentarily. Once the engine stopped, I coasted, then it ran again, the other time it felt like it did but when I pressed the gas it went again.
Then on a residential street at 35mph or so I took my foot off the gas near a corner and it died, dead. I coasted to a stop and it restarted immediately and has been fine since. A friend thinks TPS, I have reviewed everything in the FAQ I can find, but think I'm not finding everything relevant. Codes are 111, and TPS code 334 which is supposed to mean 'good'
Anyway, ideas?
