ID and OD of 88 740 gle NA down pipe 700

Hi All,

Ran into a little stress on the downpipe when installed a cat last year.

Well the down pipe has cracked and I'm looking to mend.

What's the best way and what are the ID and OD of that pipe in case I go to the Pep boys of the world and look for an adapter I can cut in and seal up?

Looks like 2.25 inches od and 2.00 inches ID does that sound right ?

I used the tape measure around the circimference approx 6 6/8 inches and divided by 3.14.
