Draco Wheels on a '93 240 with ABS? 200

Subject line says it all. I searched and searched, and I didn't come up with a clear answer.

Will Draco wheels from a 1988 740 turbo wagon fit on my 1993 240 wagon?

I found some messages that seemed to indicate there could be problems because of the ABS on my '93.

I also found a message that said the Draco wheels require a special lug nut that has a different thread, and so I would need to replace the studs.

I am planning to pick up these wheels tomorrow, so would love to get a clear answer on this!
