Is my clutch going? (85 245) 200

On a drive today, I noticed these symptoms.

I could no longer click my OD on.

When I was in 3rd gear, and took my foot off the gas, the car and gear shift vibrated a bit. It had never done that before.

When I go into 2nd (from 3rd) there is a similar vibration.

When I go into 2nd (from 1st) and 3rd and 4th, there is a bit of a lag on the acceleration. The RPM's go up about 200, but then kick into gear fine.

I guess I would describe it as the feeling you get when the car goes into OD. It's almost like the OD is turn on with each gear-change.

I called IPD and set up an appointment to have it looked at. From my description, they thought it could be the tranny mounts, or the u-joints.

Based on what I described, does it sound like a new clutch is in my future?
