Help me ID my ECU 200 1985

Have a 1985 240DL wagon with the ECU mounted on the passenger side fender near the windshield washer reservoir. The unit has the numbers 1346107 on top on a blue label. I don't see any other labels/markings. The connector that plugs into it is approximately 1" x 1".

I am looking on ebay and they all list numbers similar to 0-280-000-541.

How can I ID what ECU I have?
