Ignition lock change 900 1993

My ignition lock won't turn anymore. The car has 214,000 miles. Idid have a locksmith get it working for 2 days but now it's locked up again. Is there a good source for the parts? Is there away I can keep the same key? Do I need to change the whole assembly or can I just get the lock part?
