front seatbelt warning lights 200

I only recently found out that the "female" portion of both front seat belts come with illuminated red warning lights. Both pilot bulbs are busted and when replaced, illumination is very faint.

How does one clean the inside portion of the seatbelt plastic red release button where the pilot bulb is located for clearer illumination?
