1990 240DL Wagon

Does anybody know what This wire harness is for? I'm sure its original Volvo, but I've yet to see any male connector for it? It goes into the main wrap of wires under the instrument cluster. I thought it might be connected with the cruise-control as that's not working on the car. But the wire colors don't match with my Bentley manual diagrams.

Four wires:
Red/White/Green/Blue & yellow
