When to replace harmonic vibration damper? 200 1992

I'm doing a timing belt replacement and examined the harmonic vibration damper rubber. One side shows many cracks in the rubber. Rubber is intact, just cracked. 245 is a '92 with close to 168,000miles. I have no previous history, it was new to me a year ago. Any suggestions? Figure if I decide to replace, I'd stay with OEM and start with TascaVolvo. Cost?
