brake pressure regulator valve another try 900

I found a leak on the brake pressure regulator valve (where the top brake line enters...I think this is the source). Do these fittings work loose or does a leak on this valve indicate some other problem?

Anyone replace this valve? I have previously incorrectly called this a proportioning valve. FCP has brake pressure regulator as part name.
