oil feed tube leak 700 1985

Well I just got my car about a month ago and it has an oil leak I think I finally tracked it down to the tube that feeds oil to the turbo, I see alot of oil that drips from that area down by the block where the tube comes out of. I am just unsure how to remove that tube. It bolts to the turbo with two bolts do i just remove those or do i have to remove the whole turbo. And another question is what kind os seal is down there an O-ring?
