How to Uninstall XM radio? 200 1993

I just bought a 1993 240 that had XM radio installed by the previous owner.
The subscription ran out a few days ago, and I realized that the normal FM antenna must have been disconnected to hook up the XM antenna...

I'd like to get the local stations I like, and I don't want to continue the XM subscription costs.

Does anyone know of a tutorial or whatnot to disconnect the XM and get it back to good old FM antenna?
