The exhaust manifold in my 1995 940 turbo is cracking where it attaches to the turbo. Is there a difference between mine and one from 1992 940? Is there anything I should do (have done) to it before I install it? My mechanic said that there was a probability that the nuts were rusted tight and the studs might (would) break making it a BIG job. I think it’s about time to do the job because the noise is getting louder. Thanks for your suggestions!
