Power Steering problem on my 780` 700

I recently let my daily driver sit for a few days without using it and when i started her up and pulled out of the garage i noticed the power steering seems to be out , i checked the steering fluid and the level is a bit low just barely covering the bottom of the dipstick, i use this car for work on a daily basis and i'm wondering if it is safe to drive in this condition, as well as what to address first in my troubleshooting thanx in advance
