Cold start injector on LH 3.1? 200 1992

'92 245, M47 and LH 3.1. According to Bentley, there should be a cold start injector on the underside of the intake manifold between intake runners #2 and #3. But... not on this car! The only thing in that location is the support for the idle air controller. I've looked all over the fuel rail and manifold, and if there's a cold start injector, I sure as heck can't find it!

Not diagnosing any problems, just trying to understand the beast. All the Bentley info on LH 3.1 points to the existence of a cold start injector. Is this one of those mid-model year running changes, or am I just going blind and dumb(er) in my old age?
