loose connecter under dash. identification help? 200 1990

I found a connector just to the left of the steering wheel when i took of my knee bolster the other day. it is a four pin and from referencing the cell phone picture i took of it it has red, green, yellow/blue, and white or maybe grey wires coming from it. its near the bulb failure sensor.


any ideas?
