How to identify year of 960 engine? 900 1993

I'm working on a 93 960, want to change the timing belt. The engine in the car is a B6304S, but it is not the original engine...the original engine had a cracked block and was replaced.

The serial number of the engine now in the car is 255924, and there is a 50k mile sticker for timing belt interval.

How can I know for sure what year the engine is? (I understand different timing belts were used in 960's depending on the year).
