Do S90 or V90 Seats Fit in 940? 900

Greetings,
Just was wondering if S90 or V90 seats fit in a 94 940? The seats in the 940 are manual and the drivers seat in the V90 and S90 is electric, passenger is manual. I guess if they do bolt in physically, wiring to the drivers side would have to be added. Thank You in advance!
