122 transmission with O.D. into a 544 444-544

I'm sure this has been discussed before, but I can't find it. I have a PV544 with a B16 engine and a M40 4 speed trans. I would love a 5th gear or overdrive for expressway driving. Will a 122s trans with O.D. fit into this car?. If not, what kind of conversion can be done to get a trans with a 5th gear or with O.D. into a 544. Thanks
