Long Crank to Start when warm, '89 240 GL 200

Hi, I have to Crank my '89 240 GL for a long time to start it. It only does this when 45 min. - 6 hours warm. Starts instantly when 7 hours cold. Crank sensor has been replaced recently.

Also my wipers go into the slow function when the intermittent function is selected. Intermittent function will not work. Relay has been replaced.

Can anyone help me figure out these two problems. Thanks
