Sway Bar Bushing (inner) 200

My Turbo Sway Bars have vomited their inner bushings that attach to the U-brackets on the "frame" of the car. The top portion of the bushing is still there, yet it's obviously smashed and hardened from age.

I was wondering what some Brickers have used to cure this matter.

At this time I'm not interested in purchasing a NEW set of rubber for these sways since I have Polys at either end.
