Which head flows better: an '84 B23F or an '80 B21? 200

I got this project going and I have both engines available. I think I'd like to got with the electronic fuel injection so I'll be going with the B23F LH setup. Wich means I'll be going with the B23 lower end. I also plan on using the B cam out of the B21 but I'm wondering which head I should use. BTW, This is for an N/A engine. Any ideas? Thanks, Charles
