odd idling issue 200 1992

My 92 245 has been idling very oddly lately. Frequently it will drop down to about 1/2 it's idle speed. Recently at a stop light it dropped down to half it's idle speed and the engine died. Though when I tried to start it back up it had no problem firing to life.

A cursory check of things and everything seemed fine, though the engine always shakes a bit so I am thinking it is in need of motor mounts soon.

Any directions any one could point me in would help.

Also, there are NO codes in the OBD.
