Torque Rod Bushings removal and install 200 1993

Found out last night searching for an ever increasing "clunk" that 3 of 4 torque rod bushings are shot. Going to replace with poly (FCP, IPD, or SuperPro).

As to removal. When replacing torque rod bushings with poly, do you remove just the old rubber, or does the old metal casing have to be pressed out too? I've used the search function and read the IPD instructions for poly. I'm still left with what I'm up against regarding the metal sleeve/casing (if there is one) on this point.
