Repairing the E brake bracket on rear axle,Never mind found the Saturday post..... 700

Here is a pic of the bracket which secures the E brake cables at the rear axle.

I have removed the Y shaped bracket which goes from the axle bracket to the larger hole you can see in the E brake cable. A 1 3/4" pin goes through the 2 holes in the axle bracket and the Y shape bracket.
The problem is the worn/cracked hole in the axle bracket closest to the camera (rightmost). Frankly I'm amazed it's lasted this long. Unfortunately it's welded to the axle.
Without it you can't get enough pull to engage both of the rear E brakes.

Anyone invented a repair?
