Just picked up a 83' 245 wagon from a pick and pull yard, one owner and started thinking about the inst. clusters. Did all wagons have the 85 mph version? Or did the clusters with the tach get the 85mph ones? I have a 84' 242 and it has the 120 or 140 version with a clock. Did it depend on the trim dl or gl or glt? So mostly wondering what makes and models the different ones came in or if there is a year brake when they stopped using one then went to the other. Another thing about this wagon is it has hook up's for the radio but no antennae wire. Were 240 offered with a radio delete or no radio? Other thing is that this car has a clock, volt gauge, oil temp and oil pressure just above the air vents. Its the DL trim package too. I find it weird to be plane jane with those gauges. Did the steel wheels ever not come with trim rings and just the center hub cap?
