ok my 240 DL wagon has been having this issue lately where my overdrive/4th gear won't kick in like it should. Sometimes it will be running brilliantly but most of the time I'll end up needing to go 60+mph and it not switch over until maybe the end of the drive. This worry's me because of the chance of damaging the engine or tranny. Can anyone help me out!?! also if you happen to own a Chilton's Volvo repair manual maybe point me to the right section or page.
